We Ship Worldwide
Shipping quotes are calculated at checkout using our discounted rates with DHL, based on weight and location.
Parts Orders
Despatched same day with DHL, providing your order and payment are both received before 4pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).
System Orders
If ordered before 4pm we endeavour to ship your configured system that same day. However, if your order is particularly large or complex, we’ll take a bit more time to ensure you receive the best possible product.
DHL UK Express
Next business day delivery during the day to the UK mainland if ordered before 4pm.
DHL UK Express Pre 12pm
Next day delivery by 12:00 noon to UK mainland addresses.
DHL Express Worldwide
2-3 day delivery during the day to almost all European business centres and 2-4 days for most other worldwide addresses (some shipments to EU addresses may face delays outside of our control due to customs charges).

All consumable items, including HDDs, SSDs, GPUs, and batteries, are covered by a free 1-year warranty. Additionally, some of our older-generation servers also come with a 1-year warranty due to their age and limited availability.
